Returns Information

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

Refunds 
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement. The time it takes for the credit to appear may vary depending on your financial institution.
