Order Questions

When will my order ship?

We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days.

What is the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

We process and ship orders quickly, so changes cannot be guaranteed. However, we will try our best to accommodate any changes.

 

To change your order, please contact us at hello@piecesofwork.com asap with your 1) order number and 2) request, and we will do our best to accommodate.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer standard shipping (2-7 business days) on all orders.

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Where do you make your clothing?

Our pieces are designed in New York and manufactured in Turkey. 

 

After an extensive search across 30+ factories on 3 continents, we finally found the perfect fit: a family-owned factory in Turkey that's been operating successfully for over 60 years. Renowned for their textile innovation, they specialize in producing high-quality womenswear. They also adhere to the EU’s strict sustainability standards, ensuring ethical practices, safe working conditions, and environmentally responsible production.

Damages

What constitutes damages? 

Our products are crafted with high-quality fabrics, expert craftsmanship, and an emphasis on durability, ensuring they last through multiple seasons. Damages are typically considered to be manufacturing defects, major stitching problems, visible fabric flaws, or any substantial imperfections that affect the product's function or appearance upon arrival. However, normal wear and tear or changes resulting from regular use over time are not classified as damages.

How long do I have to file a claim for a damaged item?

You can submit a claim for a damaged item within 5 days of delivery. Please inspect your item(s) upon receipt and reach out to us right away if you notice any issues. This ensures we can address the concern quickly and provide the necessary assistance.

What if I have already washed the item?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept merchandise that has already been washed, as washing may change the item in ways that no longer represent its original condition. We recommend inspecting all items before washing to ensure they meet your expectations.
